On Tuesday, July 29, 2008, at approximately 2:16 am, Reginald Warren Lockard, aka Reggie, was killed in the 1900 block of Southern Ave., SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
