Randolph James - Homicide Victim
On Sunday, January 27, 2008, at 2:35 am, Randolph James was shot and killed inside an apartment building in the 400 block of 37th Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
