Frank James Elliott- Homicide Victim

On Monday, June 16, 2008, at approximately 12:10 am, Frank James Elliottt was shot to death in the 2300 block of Pitts Place, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this homicide.
