On Tuesday, August 11, 2009, at approximately 6:00 pm, Aubary Nesmith AKA “Black” was shot in the rear of the 1800 block of Gainesville Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding the incident.
