Ricardo Hill- Homicide Victim

On Sunday, January 4, 2009, at approximately 2:57 am, Ricardo Hill was shot and killed in front of 1638 Independence Ave., SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
