Manuel Garcia-Fuentes- Homicide Victim

On Sunday, February 8, 2009, at approximately 1:01 am, Manuel Garcia-Fuentes was shot and killed in the 3900 block of 14th Street, NW. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
