Nori Amaya- Homicide Victim
Monday, November 2, 2009
On Monday, November 2, 2009, at approximately 9:11 PM, members of the Third District, PSA 301, received a call for an unconscious person inside 3636 16th Street, NW. Upon arrival, officers discovered the victim, Nori Amaya, unconscious in her apartment. It was later determined that Nora Amaya had died from strangulation.
