Your Guide to Planning a Special Event
Presentation requests in the form of a Letter of Intent (LOI) must be received no less than ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) DAYS prior to the date of the event and are accepted up to one year prior to the proposed date of the event. The LOI should be addressed to:
