Alvin S. Elliott Jr. - Homicide Victim

The Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crimes Branch is seeking the public’s assistance with the following homicide investigation. On Sunday, August 3, 2003, at approximately 11:50 pm, members of the DC Fire Board Medic 10 were in the area of the 1100 block of Orren Street, NE, when they observed the subject, identified as Alvin S. Elliott Jr., lying on the ground suffering from multiple stab wounds to the body.
