On Monday, January 5, 2004, at approximately 4 pm, Kenneth Ekwenye was found in the rear of the 1700 block of Lincoln Road, NE. He had been murdered. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident.
