Description
On Monday, November 8, 2004, at approximately 1:43 am, Pili Barker was shot and killed in the1600 block of W Street, SE. The Metropolitan Police Department seeks the public’s assistance in gathering information regarding this incident. The case is under investigation by members of the Department’s Violent Crimes Branch.
