Circumstance:

Officer Leisinger was observed hanging onto the rear bumper of a speeding auto. Officer Leisinger was later found lying in the street with a gunshot to the heart. It is believed that Officer Leisinger was attempting to stop the auto and he fired five rounds into the auto, before being shot through the heart by one of the occupants of the rear seat of the speeding auto.
