Book Discussion with Chief Lanier

Chief of Police Cathy Lanier would like to invite members of the community to join her in discussing two books, The Tipping Point and Blink by Malcolm Gladwell. She enjoyed reading the books herself, and now she would like to discuss them with the diverse residents of DC and explore how police and community members can work together to make a difference in public safety.
